The first poster for the second season of Made in Abyss has been released! Abyss-born In 2017, the first season of an anime series on television premiered.
“Made in Abyss: The Dawn of the Deep Soul” premiered in 2020, followed by two other theatrical releases in 2019. Teaser images for “The Sun Blazes Upon the Golden City” accompany the announcement.
The second season of Made in Abyss will premiere in 2022. We don’t have an exact release date yet, but we do know it will be called “Made in Abyss: The Golden Town of the Relentless Day,” which is a title we’ve heard before.
Made In Abyss Season 2
Based on more than 500,000 votes, MyAnimeList rates Made in Abyss season 1 as a hit with viewers, earning an 8.71/10 rating. There have been excellent reviews and high ratings for the subsequent films, 8.71/10 (100,000+ votes).
BD/DVD sales of the Made in Abyss series are also worth a look. Between October 23 and 29, 2017, for example, 4,911 copies of Made in Abyss Blu-ray BOX 1 were sold. The franchise is therefore a commercial success, according to our findings.
The Kinema Citrus studio has made it known that it intends to produce a second season of Made in Abyss.

Riko is a 12-year-old orphan from Orth, a little village on the border of the Abyss. The Annihilator’s White Whistle Lyza bears her only child.
At the age of two, her mother took her final dive to the depths of the Abyss, leaving her in the care of the Belchero Orphanage, as her father, Torka, had died before she was even born.
He appears to be a tiny boy, but Reg is actually a robot. Because he has no recollection of anything prior to his encounter with Riko, his age, origins, and even name are unclear. Riko used to have a dog named after him.
Known as Ozen “The Immovable,” this fabled White Whistle Delver has unearthed several priceless artefacts from the depths of the Abyss. In the White Whistle community, Ozen’s physical power is well-known.
As a Narehate, Nanachi was twisted by the Curse of Abyss in the 6th layer, but unlike the majority of Narehate, he preserved his mental faculties.
The Abyss is Nanachi’s domain, and she is presently a member of Riko’s party and aiding her in her quest to reach the bottom of the Abyss. It’s hard to tell what they’re made of.
Prushka is the White Whistle Delver Bondrewd’s adopted daughter. She was born in the depths of the ocean and has never set foot on land.
White Whistle Delver Bondrewd, also known as “The Lord of Dawn” and “The Sovereign of Dawn,” is a mythical figure in the world of the Abyss.
In order to pay and perform his studies, this abhorrently curious researcher has used a variety of unlawful and morally dubious methods, including selling illegally obtained artefacts and information, creating harmful medications, and even conducting experiments on actual persons.
