A gunman opened fire on Pop Smoke as he slept in his Hollywood Hills mansion. Four masked men holding guns broke into his home.
The officers who found him with several gunshot wounds after responding to his 911 call were on the scene in only six minutes. Within minutes, he was rushed to the hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead shortly thereafter.
