Is Interning for an Influencer Worth It?

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern that can research creators, come up with ideas for collaborations, and create relationships with influencers of various sizes on Instagram and TikTok.

Responsibilities

  • Find and sign up influencers, and help oversee projects they help promote.
  • Follow the latest social media trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram, to avoid being left behind.
  • Participate in group discussions and ideation sessions
  • Contribute to the growth of our network of micro-influencers
  • Influencers’ actions, such as content generation, influencer reach, and interaction, should be detailed in a report.

Work Necessities

  • Strong interest in TikTok and Instagram; prior experience with influencers is highly desirable.
  • Having a firm grasp on the influencer landscape, from the smallest of niche influencers to the most powerful platform owners
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree programme in the discipline of Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a closely related field.
  • I am willing to intern for a minimum of one semester, and ideally more, and I am able to devote 15-20 hours each week.
  • Capable of both following instructions and striking out on their own
  • Competence in working under pressure and completing tasks on time
  • Possessing a cheerful, flexible, and can-do outlook
  • I thrive in both collaborative and solitary settings.
  • Ability to work well with others and a startup attitude that pushes you to do all it takes to reach your goal.
  • Licensed to do contract employment in the USA
