There will be a live stream in a few days to honour the first anniversary of the transmission of the anime version of “BOFURI: I Don’t Want to Get Hurt, so I’ll Max Out My Defense.”
Part of the BOFURI: I Don’t Want to Get Injured live stream for the anime adaptation of the light novel BOFURI: I’ll Maximize My Defense The second season of Bofuri will premiere on Japanese television in 2022, it has been confirmed.
The Japanese voices of Maple and Sally, Kaede Hondo and Ruriko Noguchi, have been asked to attend this event, which will take place on January 9th, 2021 at 10:30 am. According to the event’s YouTube description, there would be “potentially new information concerning the sequel.”
At these live events, we’re usually treated to new information like an anticipated release date or a debut trailer. It has only been confirmed that the anime version of “BOFURI” will proceed, but when this will happen has not yet been announced.
It was directed by Shin Oonuma (“A Chivalry of a Failed Knight”) and produced by Studio SILVER LINK (‘Chivalry of a Failed Knight Season 2, Masamune Kun No Revenge Season 2), with episodes directed by Shin Oonuma and Mirai Minato.
Kazuya Hirata (Fate/kaleid liner Prisma”Illya) contributed to character design while Fumihiko Shimo (Golden Time) handled the series composition.

Bofuri Season 2
Bofuri is a light novel series authored by Yuumikan and illustrated by Koin. Serialization of the LN began in 2016 on the novel publishing website Shsetsuka ni Nar as a web novel.
After Fujimi Shobo acquired the series, it was published as tankobon volumes. A manga series and a television anime were then developed based on the increasing popularity of the story.
Details about the second season, such as a start date, are still being worked out. It is also unknown if the aforementioned individuals will be involved in the sequel’s production. We won’t learn much more until next year, when production on the sequel is expected to begin.

The main character in BOFURI: I Don’t Want to Get Hurt, therefore I’ll Max Out My Defense is Kaede Honjou, better known as Maple in the massively multiplayer online game NewWorld Online.Her best friend, Risa Shiramine, urged her to join her in the online game NewWorld Online, and she accepted.
Due to her lack of experience and fear of getting wounded, Kaede focuses all of her status points on defence, which is why the game’s name reflects this.
Kanade is a character in BOFURI: I Don’t Want to Get Hurt, so I’ll Max Out My Defense.. who is a New World Online user.
The Akashic Records are his new weapon of choice when he emerges in the second event. When Maple Tree invites him to join the group, he accepts.
When I Don’t Want to Get Hurt, I’ll Maximize My Defense is a game in which Kasumi plays an important role.
A katana is the weapon she uses in-game. She finished sixth in the first event of the competition. While they were bound to each other in a dungeon, Maple and Sally became friends with her after a difficult encounter during the second event Maple asked Kasumi to join Maple Tree immediately after it was created.
For the BOFURI series, Payne is one of the most important characters. He is the Congregation of the Holy Swords guild master and the first place finisher in the first event.
Since its inception, Chrome has proven to be an expert NewWorld Online player. It is the large shield and sword that he prefers to use, which he is still learning how to master.
After witnessing various bugs and monsters on the first floor attack Maple, an internet forum is created where people may discuss and learn more about her.
