After suffering a loss to the Bolts in Los Angeles in their previous encounter, the Raiders need this to keep the Chargers from gaining the upper hand. Good news for the Raiders is that they hold the all-important head-to-head tiebreaker.
Teams like the Colts, Steelers, Dolphins, Ravens, Broncos, and Browns fall within this category. If the Raiders split with the Bolts, they will finish with a 10-7 record and qualify for the playoffs. After all that this football club went through in 2021, the fact that they are in charge of their own fate heading into the last week of the season is nothing short of miraculous.
